Richard is an Inquiry Chair at the Competition and Markets Authority and Senior Adviser at the Centre on Regulation in Europe (CERRE) where he researches digital policy. He left Vodafone in 2013 having been its Group Policy Director for 12 years and has undertaken a variety of advisory roles since then.
