Polly Dhaliwal is COO of Enterprise Nation, where she has helped scale the platform from a few hundred early members to a community of over 150,000 and now supports more than one million small business owners each year.

Polly leads product, data and partnerships, building services that blend human expertise with technology to drive inclusive entrepreneurial growth. She has overseen the development of AI-enabled pathways for content discovery and learning, and speaks regularly on how conversational AI is reshaping search, trust and distribution online.

Her work is anchored in a dedication to building and scaling mission-driven communities, creating networks where people feel supported, represented and able to thrive. She also founded Girls in Movement, a not-for-profit initiative that has grown from zero to reaching more than 7,000 girls globally with education and confidence-building programmes, and sits on the UK Government’s Small Business Growth Taskforce.
