Giulio Coraggio is the Partner heading the Intellectual Property & Technology department in Italy and serves as Global Co-Chair of the firm’s Gaming & Gambling group.

Dual-qualified in Italy and in England & Wales, Giulio has over 20 years of experience advising Italian and international clients on IT, Internet and eCommerce law, data protection, cybersecurity, and both regulatory and contentious matters in the gaming and gambling sectors.

He regularly assists major multinational companies with complex privacy compliance projects, regulatory investigations by the Italian Data Protection Authority and other European regulators, and related litigation. He has also supported leading international clients in managing high-profile cyberattacks — including major ransomware incidents — and implementing related cybersecurity compliance programs.
