Euan MacMillan

Director, Digital Markets Unti, CMA

Euan MacMillan is the Director – Digital Markets Unit at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

Previously, Euan has held various roles within the UK Government including in Pakistan and DRC for the Department for International Development (DFID), and in London for the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) as well as heading the Digital Trade Negotiations at the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS).

Euan holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Strathclyde and an MSc in Economics from the University of Edinburgh.
