Alexander advises clients on a wide range of regulatory issues and opportunities, informed by 20 years’ experience as an advisor and as a professional economist for government, regulators, and industry.
Alexander has advised across all sectors of the economy but has a particular interest in technology. He has advised on over 70 deals, including high-profile technology deals in the UK and has helped clients successfully navigate market studies and regulatory investigations in a variety of jurisdictions.
Previous employers include the Office of Fair Trading, Monitor, the BBC, and PwC. Alexander is a non-governmental advisor to the International Competition Network, a Trustee of the National Institute of Economic and Social Research and a non-executive director of the Football Association.
